All Groups: (Canskate, Preschool, Adult Canskate, Advanced Canskate, JumpStart & Jr./Int/Sr. Academy) 

I acknowledge I have read and agree to the fundraising terms and conditions for the 2016/2017 season.

Jr/Int/Senior Academy Registrations: I acknowledge I have read and agree to the mandatory volunteer commitments as outlined on the SASC website under the “Fundraising” tab. By September 30, 2017, I agree to provide SASC with an undated cheque for $125 for each day my skater is on the ice. These cheques will be kept on file and will not be cashed unless your mandatory volunteer shifts are not fulfilled by April 30, 2017.

JumpStart: I acknowledge I have read and agree to the mandatory volunteer commitments as outlined on the SASC website under the “Fundraising” tab. JumpStart: I agree to participate in the $75 fundraising requirement. OR  I agree to the $100 buy out option as I do NOT wish to participate in ANY fundraising for the Sept. – Dec. 2016 session.

Academy (Jr./Int./Sr.): I agree to participate in the $125 fundraising requirement for each of the two raffles. (Dec 2016 & March 2017, total $250) OR  I agree to the $300 buy out option as I do NOT wish to participate in ANY fundraising for the 2016/2017 season.
